Hi, I’m Carol, a product designer with experience across fintech, healthcare, and digital product development.

With a Master of Information in User Experience Design from the University of Toronto, I’m drawn to complex problems and enjoy turning them into experiences that feel clear, intuitive, and purposeful.

My work brings together user research, interaction design, and design systems. Whether I’m simplifying a financial workflow or building scalable components, I focus on creating accessible solutions that help people make informed decisions with confidence.

I enjoy collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers to find the right balance between user needs, business goals, and technical realities, and to turn thoughtful ideas into products that work in the real world.
